As Medequip International’s lead Equipment and Design Planner, Ms. Martin provides the unique combination of interior designer, project manager, and equipment planner. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Martin has developed an expertise in space planning that is both functional and in concert with the overall design of the facility. This makes for not only a more pleasing overall design but for a more functional space that has acutely taken into account the required budget and timing needed to make for a successful project.

With the experience of being an Owner Design and Planning Representative for such organizations as the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Health System, and a Project Manager and Space Planner for a global client base, she has a record of consistently delivering high-quality, client-focused, deliverables, across a broad range of projects, timelines, and budgets. Ms. Martin is quite comfortable leading a project team or working directly with all levels of the architectural and design/engineering team in new, renovation, and relocation scenarios.
