Mr. Grazel has 14 years of experience in transition management, equipment planning, and purchasing services, 7 of which have been as Transition Manager and Equipment Planner with Medequip International. Many of Mr. Grazel’s project engagements include senior level management experience in hospital operations. For the past four years, he has specialized in transition and relocation activities. His transition operations work includes early stage logistics planning, team meeting facilitation, and execution of tasks. The diversity of his work includes both patient, ranging from non-critical to intensive care, and equipment, both major and minor, transitions.
